o Wird die Stornierung eines Flugausflugs mehr als 72 Stunden vor dessen Durchführung beantragt, werden 15 % des Gesamtpreises als Vertragsstrafe berechnet.
If the cancellation or change of date of an air excursion is requested less than 72 hours before its execution or in case of no show, 100% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.
