Tour packages<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • If the cancellation of a tourist package is requested from 4 months to 30 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the total price will be charged as a penalty<\/li>\n
  • If the cancellation of a tourist package is requested with a minimum of 22 days and a maximum of 29 days before the start of the trip, 35% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n
  • If the cancellation of a tourist package is requested with a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 21 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n
  • If the cancellation of a tourist package is requested with a minimum of one day and a maximum of 14 days before the start of the trip, 75% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n
  • If the cancellation of a tourist package is requested up to 4 months before the start of the trip, \u20ac15 will be charged for management expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Hotel and guest house<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    If a change of date of the reservation of a hotel or guest house is requested more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, no penalty will be charged<\/p>\n

    If a change of date of the reservation of a hotel or guest house is requested less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, 20% of the price of the first night will be charged as a penalty<\/p>\n

    \u00a0If the cancellation of a hotel or guest house reservation is requested more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, 15% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a penalty<\/p>\n

    \u00a0If the cancellation of the reservation of a hotel or guest house is requested less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, 50% of the price of the first night will be charged plus 15% of the price of the rest of the stay as a penalty<\/p>\n

    In case of no show, 100% of the price of the first night will be charged as a penalty<\/p>\n

    Round trips<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • If a change of date of a circuit is requested with a minimum of 30 days before its execution, no penalty will be charged.<\/li>\n
    • If the cancellation of a circuit is requested with a minimum of 30 days before its execution, 15% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • If the cancellation or change of date of a circuit is requested with a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 29 days before its execution, 25% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • If the cancellation or change of date of a circuit is requested with a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 14 days before its execution, 50% of the total price will be charged as a penalty. If the service is canceled within a period of less than 5 days or due to a no show, the full amount will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Land and sea excursions<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • If a change of date of an excursion is requested with a minimum of 48 hours before its execution, no penalty will be charged.<\/li>\n
          • If a change of date of an excursion is requested with a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours before its execution, 15% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n
          • If the cancellation of an excursion is requested with a minimum of 48 hours before its execution, 15% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n
          • If the cancellation of an excursion is requested with a minimum of 24 days before its execution, 25% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n
          • If the cancellation of an excursion is requested less than 24 hours before its execution and before 3:00 p.m., 50% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n
          • If the cancellation of an excursion is requested the day before its execution after 3:00 p.m. or in case of no show, 100% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Air tours<\/strong><\/p>\n

            If a change of date of an air excursion is requested with a minimum of 15 days before its execution, no penalty will be charged.<\/p>\n

            If the cancellation of an air excursion is requested with a minimum of 7 days before its execution, 25% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/p>\n

            \u00a0<\/p>\n

            If the cancellation or change of date of an air excursion is requested with a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 6 days before its execution, 50% of the total price will be charged as a penalty.<\/p>\n

            \u00a0<\/p>\n
